Yet another victim of the Max

The other week i was riding when a gsx1000 04 or 05 rolled up with his buddy on a TL1000 v twins.WE cruzed for a while nothing exciting but then we had a red light . We decelerated to about 40 but light then turned green,i was behind them both when i realized it was on, they where letting them go.At this time i whacked the throttle,it felt like the Max hopped over the TL immediatly,then i looked forward to see i was pulling the 1000 in. In the top of 3rd i caught and passed him.Got to love it,did not even have to use th bottle. JOHN

I'm sure the 1428 will get plenty of real, clear-cut victories before the engine goes ka-boom...but there's always going to be lingering doubts about this TL story just because Tom is a quiet, honest fellow and not given to posts, blogs, or such about his bike or his feats.
