Anyone know from where I should buy handlebar risers?

I'm looking for 1 inch back..........

They just bolt under the bar and top clamp correct?

Thanks

Python Motorsports sales them 1 inch up and
1 1/4 back for $89 I believe. Looking at picking
up a set along with some new bars and grips.
Just hit they're website. Lets see a pic after
you get them on.
Chris

Thanks kids!
(Gen Mar servor down....ordered it from Python)

PICS will follow after I install!
Thanks again!
Andy

Hey Danny,
What kind of difference did the risers make
for you ? How about a pic.
Chris

Sorry Chris & Fargo, I don't have the risers yet, just ordered them 2 days ago.

I will post up some pics when they are installed. What I'm really hopeing for is increased rear visibility, getting sick of looking around my shoulders!

I'm interested to see what they do too! I went the other way, swapped my bars for higher/wider ones and really like the more relaxed stance.

any thoughts on bar-ends?

I'm looking for the more relaxed position also.
Riser or a pull back bar would kinda of do the same thing
wouldn't it.? What type of bars did you go with ?
Again pictures please.

Love my risers. Got them from Twisted Throttle. I don't have to feel like I am overreaching to get to the bars. Its A LOT better on my back, now.

Gotta LOVE Python!:clapping: What was it? Two days to my door? Sweet!

Here are the pics. It's a little tight on the throttle side cables, otherwise quite a nice piece of work.

WAAAY better then stock. IMHO
I'm not reaching/stretching for the bars anymore. Sitting much more relaxed and more control of the bike on top of it!
A HIGHLY recommended way to go!!:eusa_dance:

Coming from a sport bike background, the stock Max bars already seem too high and far back to me, I can't imagine wanting them higher and more back. I'm short and they still seem too far back to me. I feel like a sail in the wind.

Is there a way to get them a little lower and further forward? I guess different bars would do it.

Drag bars....I tried them at one of the VMOA gatherings.....I didn't care for them too much.
I came from a sportbike once upon a time too, it's just that sitting upright on the max - especially around town - the stockers kept me leaning just a little bit unnaturally forward. After the risers, I'm now sitting upright more comfortably.......yes catching bugs in my teeth like a sail!:biglaugh:

-what's next forward controls and a windshield?......then hardbags?.........then?
Yeah!.............take it all off start over and become a HP junkie!
M O R E !:punk:

Very nice,
Like that airbrush work and the guages.

TY - NOT airbrush though....it's a "wrap".
Vinyl decal "wrapped" around the tank.
Got the idea from KJSHOVER, any local sign shop can do it. About $110 bucks!

Hardest thing is picking a decent picture that doesn't offend the wife or kids!
