Was purchasing Oil ( Castrol Activo) for the winter storage oil & filter change and saw some foot pegs that matched the Kuryakyn hiway pegs so I purchased and mounted them. Looks good enough I might have to get the matching passinger pegs:eusa_dance:
Also removed the little LED liscence plate holder bolts and put in reflectors. May have to get one of the LED set-ups for the seat panel.

today I cleaned her, pretty dirty after that easteners ride.the a little ride to a motorcycle swapmeet, was looking for r1 reg, n:damn angry:eek: luck.all slow parts.

Went for a ride with my bro and stopped by the Soo Locks while a couple of ore carriers were heading out the locks into lake Superior. One of the crew (making sure they weren't too close to the canal wall) of the Sam Laud yelled out that "the red one looks fast"! :punk:
The bridge in the background runs in between the twin Soo's - Sault Ste Marie, Michigan, USA and Sault Ste Marie, Ontario, Canada. Note how small the Semi with 2 container trailers crossing the bridge looks compared to the Sam Laud which is 635' long. The 2 locks at the Soo can handle up to 1000' ships and a new 1000' lock is now under construction .
We ran into a little bit of rain on the way home but it was a good 90 mile ride in 45 degree weather, at least we had some sunny spots during the ride. :thumbs up:

Nice shots Redbone!!!!!!

Those locks are bigger than the ones here on the St. Lawrence......

I think ours are 720 feet long......

I rode into work today.....45 and sunny......

The trip home at 2300 hours will be a bit cooler though.......

Yeah, that'l be a little bit cooler at that time of night. Hope it stays dry for ya!:punk:

Great pics Brian!! Those things are mammoth, I love going to the locks, they're just cool as hell!!

Bundle up Kyle, it'll be a touch cool.....but she'll run like a bandit!!

Today I washed all the 'Easterners Ride' dirt off '99, like Twistedmax did. From the looks of the three bikes that went on the run, the roads we covered should be nice and clean!! I'm sure we didn't leave much road dirt behind!! :punk:

While planning out the lightning on my bike, I decided that I needed more. So I ordered 192 more red LED's on top of the 116 that I already have.

Wow, you should be able to "light it up" with that many KJ. Looking forward to see what you come up with. I helped my buddy put just a little over 100 on his CBR600 last winter but he went cheap (From Walmart) on the bulbs so he had a bunch of failures. He failed on riding this year too as he only rode 300 or so miles. :bang head:

It's down to 35 degrees right now....

1 hour and 45 minutes to go.....

Should be right around 30 degrees F for the trip home:eusa_dance:

Nope!!!!!

Same gear I had on the Pizza Run!!!!!:punk:
I see what he's gonna do now! Kyle has special pockets built into his jacket to hold fatbags, 30 minutes before he's off work he orders them. He then meets the guy in the parking lot , stuffs 'em in his jacket and rips off homeward toasty warm with dinner!:biglaugh:

:rofl_200:

No.....I had Josie's pizza for dinner though......

I like the way you think.......And it might just work:rofl_200:

I love my wife... Pulled up next to a Harley the other day and a little scooter came up right behind him. I muttered under my breath, "Those two are in the same class". My wife says, "that's not really fair to the scooter". Haha. She won some points on that one.

OUCH!!!!:rofl_200::rofl_200:

Went for a nice little cruise today, prolly 30 miles or so, picked up some fittings and shortened each rear signal light stem 1 3/4" on the bike on the left...the '99.

The front ones were done a few weeks ago.
