Zup errbody? So like, it sucks that nobody makes 15" radials. But I'm wondering if any Yamaha shaft-drive wheels would interchange with the Vmax? Found that the XS Eleven came with a 17" rear/19" front, and the Special had a 16" rear. And I kinda like the seven-spoke ones... sorta...

Any other bikes like the R1, Gsxr, Hayabusa wheels for the Gen 1 , plug and play? Yes I know the 190 tire is to wide for the stock swingarm. Thanks

Stock tires on the TMD-850 are 110/80 ZR18 and 150/70 ZR17. Now, if the bike was converted over to chain drive, would this make for a viable means for going to radial tires? I really like the looks of the wheels as well, so that would be a bonus.

I was checking out an 86 vmax this past weekend, the bike is beautiful, the owner said the wheels that were on it were gsxr wheels, it had the stock swingarm and shaft drive. My question is how hard and what year gsxr wheels would I need to switch mine over?

Anyone seen the new hot wheels being produced? They are bikes, and there are 9 different ones, one being a Vmax. I did not know about them but a friend (local HOG President) saw them and picked one up for me.

i can get a converted 17" xj900 wheel that will fit my vmax for quite cheap and a front thunderrace 17" wheel that will fit the vmax would this be a good idea ? or should i stay stock ront wheel and go 18" rear wheel?

I've had a lot of bad experiences with people damaging the finish on wheels when installing new tires. So who do you trust to do this without damaging the finish on a wheel?:ummm:
