I really think he will increase my time in the wind, some grip heaters, a throttle lock and there's no reason not to go right up till they spread the 'blue sand' on the roads....then he goes up till spring rains wash all that shit back off. Sand in the corners isn't any real issue tho....not like on '99 anyhow!

Altho, sadly, they are calling for 1" - 3" here today & tomorrow so the blue sand is on the way I'm afraid!! :sad2:

Got my first in what is probly going to be a long series of Dr. appt's. today and I'll be taking W.C.! It's been in the 50's every day since the snow came so the roads gotta be dry by now....if not, well, I bought it to ride, the crap will rinse off!

Probly won't be able to get off it at the Dr.'s office.....but at least it won't fall over on me, I'll just beep the horn and one of those cute little nurses will come out and get me off.....I meant HELP me off!! :hihi:

I been thinking, as I'm staring at the thermometer hovering around 38? or so, I can wear any old insulated stuff to stay warm on the Spyder....nobody's gonna notice. I mean, it's not like piloting a 'nitrous v max', right? You're expected to be way cool on one of those, you got an IMAGE to uphold!! :coolgleamA::smoke000:

On the other hand....that's a de-tuned version of the 1000 cc, 143 hp Aprilla motor under the hood....a little mapping tweakage and we're talking a totally different breed o' cat........!! h yeah:

Hey 'G', cool you got another max....and a dark carbon fiber one at that....widely acknowledged as the fastest ones, but everybody knows that! unk:

I started out thinking about triking the max but didn't see any viable options and ended up with the spyder. Thinking it's gonna be a lot of fun.
