I pulled the instument cluster to redo the volt meter and different warning lights. Finalized my choice on exhaust. In January these will be ordered. Its the look I've been wanting.

Those are really sharp....looking forward to seeing them!

And....just how cool would 4 of these be, flapping and clacking away? :rofl_200:

No baffles, man your just a sitting duck for the cops to pull you over...look at me...look at me...!!! They do look nice, but I bet they will be loud as heck like the UFO's.

now that looks tough and the sounds gonna be killer i bet...... :punk:

Those mufflers look pretty cool. Never heard of them. I was checking out their catalog. I see those in the catalog but they appear to have a baffle in there. Guess it is removable.

Ixil is very know in europe. I saw a french vmax builder offering them. Last year when I asked him he told me it will be loud but fine. There are baffles but no packing. I gave up those this my header is going up right. There are some videos fitted on some euro roadsters, they really sound sweet hahahaha

It shouldn't be too much of an issue. We don't have any motorcycle exhaust restrictions here. Only on vehicles. I got a noise ticket in my truck once. Cop said I was running straight pipes. I beat it, it was funny when they found out it was a pro install with two headers, with two mufflers and cats and IM legal.

The time of the night I was pulled over, I think dipshit was DUI hunting or just bored and wanted a closer look. Between the tuner cars and hot rods up here there are alot of aftermarket pipes around that don't get pulled over.

I heard some clips of them on inline 4's and they sound suprisingly smooth. I can't wait to put them on the Vmax.

I'm sure will get something different from the clips. I was surprised with my flueflame muffler. It sounds more beastly on v-max. That's gonna be wild hehe :)

Hate to say it, but winterized her. Ran her, with stabilized gas. Don't know when I'll be on it for a while. The weather is getting bad.
I did order new RADIAL tires. I can't believe I got the radial mod in motion. Thanks to my wife for The rear tire for Christmas, front is on me. And, Charles in Texas for hooking me up with a nice looking 17" wheel. It's time to get her ready for spring.

Today I pulled my '85 into the shop and detailed it for another club toy run in the morning. Looking forward to that! Its a lot of fun riding even more when riding for a reason.

I also brought in the 95 that came out of Floride via CaptainKyle, Fire-Medic, and Specops. We are stripping it down to be completely repainted and get new tires, fresh oil, complete tune up with a shotgun carb cleaning. I should be getting everything off to the painter the week after the Holiday with any luck and the weather holds out have it on the road again sometime in January..... I still have to order my little bits and peices from Sean and Im thinking of going CyberMax with it as well but we will have to see how things go.

Installed new wiring harness today. Installed new water pump and some other odds and ends. New battery came in today also.

I rode my Max today. Always fun. If I don't ride it for a week or so I'm always surprised by the power.

+1 Dave, it's getting into the 50's here right now. We had snow the other day and 20's temp. The roads are dry now too. I can always put stabilizer in again....Heated gloves, good to go. It sure takes me out of a grumpy mood. Today, what I did? I hope it's riding, then verifieing some numbers for parts ordering.
