Never bought two REAR tires for ONE bike before. We'll see... :confused2:
I am :confused2: you have a front and rear listed not 2 rear tires???
Good idea and will do. Now on to the the front-end shakes problem if these crap dunlops weren't the cause.
I support my bike with the wheels off the ground by using the centerstand and a 2x6 cut about 2" longer than the measurement from floor to the bottom of the frame brace that runs in front of the engine, above the oil filter. I took this measurement while the bike was on the centerstand and front wheel on the ground. My front end is lowered 2" so I knew I could use the 2" measurement and still not have the rear tire touching. If you do not have lowered suspension the 2x6 block will have to be shorter. Thanks Garrett, I'm not worried I just hate reading things on here and saying to myself
" what is that " So I decided to ask instead of wonder, thanks to guys like you and the others on here who put up with us uneducated ones someday I will know what the hell I am doing.
Just got my Cylmer manual in the mail today and it's very interesting. Speaking about tires, I got a new set I have to install and I have a question
With my bike on the centerstand if I put wood blocks under the front just behind the front tire and in front of the rear tire will that give the bike enough support while both tires are off ?
Thanks
Ron
